Shipping & Returns
Each piece of jewellery purchased will be sent with insured delivery via BPost. You will always receive a track & trace code so you can see where the shipment is at any time. You will receive this code via your e-mail address and/or telephone number.
We want you to be 100 percent satified with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you may return your jewelry for refund or exchange within 14 calendar days (counting from the next day of delivery). We will be happy to accept items that are unworn and free from scratches or/and blemishes. All refunds will be issued to the original form of the payment.
